Set the rate once
Give each client an hourly rate. New invoice drafts use that rate, with a separate override for projects that need one.
Available on
- Set client and project rates.
- Choose a currency for each client.
- Keep non-billable time out of invoice totals.
Different work, different rates
Harbor Books pays $80 an hour. A weekend production project has a $95 project override. Set both once; the draft uses the project rate when it exists, then falls back to the client rate.
Rates remain yours to check
A rate change applies to new drafts. Existing drafts keep the rate they were created with until you edit them. Stint shows each rate next to its hours so you can review the calculation.
One currency per invoice
Stint does not convert currencies. Keep a separate client record if you bill the same organization in two currencies. Exports include the currency beside each amount.
