A ten-minute Friday review

Check missed timers, fix project names and export the week while you still remember what happened.

Begin with the gaps

Open the week view and look for days that are unexpectedly short. Add the entry you missed on Tuesday before trying to reconcile a month of missing time.

Then check the long entries

A seven-hour timer can be correct. It can also include lunch and a train ride. Read the note, check the start and finish, and split the entry if the work changed halfway through.

Keep a copy

Export the week after the corrections. Use a predictable file name with the last date in the range. A small weekly habit makes the month easier to review.
